Billing and Insurance
Claims
As a courtesy, we will file directly with the insurance
company for services rendered if your insurance policy
allows. Should insurance payments be delayed, reduced or
denied, we will expect payment from the patient. For patient
convenience, we accept cash and all major credits cards.
Please note that insurance coverage is between the patient
and the insurance company, and is not under the control of
SinoUnited Health. Patients are responsible for any charges
not covered by their insurance policy, and disputes of
coverage must be brought up with the insurance company
directly. We will be happy to help provide patients with any
documentation they may need for discussion with their
insurance company.
